Brief Description of The Norlin Scholarship
The Norlin Scholarship are an interdisciplinary academic neighborhood. As a Norlin Scholar you’ll engage your studies in a rare environment where you can converse across the disciplines with like-minded people. In fact, student-to-student interaction is one of the most important and enriching experiences available in The Norlin Scholarship community.

You’ve established yourself as a student who’s serious about your education based on your prior academic and creative efforts. We now invite you to evolve as a scholar in a very different setting: that of a comprehensive research university.
As a awardee of The Norlin Scholarship you’ll:
- engage your studies outside the classroom as much as within
- explore your areas of interest from a number of different perspectives
- collaborate with other scholars by applying your academic learning in practical ways
- In other words, you’ll become a scholar-citizen!
The deadline for The Norlin Scholarship applications
February 15, 2012
Students can apply as high school seniors for a 4-year scholarship or as second year college students for a 2-year scholarship.
The Norlin Scholarship applicants must apply to CU first, though you needn’t be an admitted student.
